Ayana Noel-Baksh
Founder & President
I am the heart and mind behind the Belles Empowered Debutante Foundation, a movement inspired by my journey as a mother. Watching my daughters grow and navigate the world, I saw an opportunity to create something transformative- a foundation rooted in cultural pride, personal empowerment, and elegance. For me, Belles Empowered is a tribute to young women of Trinidad and Tobago, offering them a chance to celebrate their heritage and leave a legacy of poise, purpose and progress while stepping boldly into their future.
Natasha Noel
Co-Founder
Natasha Noel stands as the steadfast co-founder of the Belles Empowered Debutante Foundation, bringing unwavering support, dedication, and a shared vision to this meaningful endeavor. As a mother herself, Natasha deeply understands the importance of nurturing confidence, resilience and cultural pride in young women. She has always been my number one supporter and role model and has been an instrumental force in shaping the foundation’s mission and vision. Her role as a co-founder is a natural extension of her lifelong commitment to build this legacy of sisterhood, empowerment and purposeful leadership.
Symone Noel
Co-Founder
Symone Noel brings a vibrant energy and boundless enthusiasm to the Belles Empowered Debutante Foundation. As a co-founder, her eagerness to contribute her wealth of creative ideas and to jump in and make things happen, have been a driving force in shaping the foundation’s direction. This reflects her passionate belief in the foundation’s mission to empower young women.
